54 / 365 Went back for another attempt at this roof and managed to get the detail in the windows this time …kept the colour in this version too. I think I’m becoming obsessed with this beautiful structure. Also did one in silhouette which I think came out pretty well too – in my photostream.

gagné grâce à une photo réalisée cet hiver, que sony france a sélectionné, le sony nex-3 est arrivé hier et je me suis empressé de le tester autour de la maison. voici le résultat. il ne faut pas se fier à son écran qui présente les choses un peu sombres (à régler dans le menu je pense), mais sinon le concept de l’appareil est vraiment extraordinaire ! quel gain de place et de poids !

Today I took Tucker for a walk in the freezing cold. From this picture you would never know it was only like 35-40 degrees.

So I decided to just do the generic photo a day challenge of whatever my heart desires, instead of having to take them of me everday.

Das Primotar ist eine Tessar-Konstruktion, die im zeitgenössischen Prospekt so beschrieben wird:

Das optische System dieses Primotars (Vierlinser) zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Brillanz und eine gute Farbkorrektur aus. Eine besondere Eigenschaft dieses normalbrennweitigen Objektives ist sein hohes Auflösungsvermögen, das sich über das ganze Bildformat gleichmäßig verteilt. Den Freund der einäugigen Spiegelreflex-Kamera wird es interessieren, daß dieses Primotar bei jeder Blendenstellung von normal auf vollautomatische Druckblende und umgekehrt umgeschaltet werden kann. Zur Erzielung eines möglichst hellen Sucherbildes ist eine Einstellblende vorhanden, die ein noch günstigeres Öffnungsverhältnis als 1:3,5 aufweist. Bei der Aufnahme hingegen ist automatisch dann die jeweils eingestellte Blende optisch wirksam.

Das ist bemerkenswert. Die größte Öffnung war also wahrscheinlich 2,8, diese ganz offene Blende wurde aber nur zum Erzielen eines hellen Sucherbildes benutzt. Die optisch akzeptable Qualität begann bei Blende 3,5.
