Athlone 3/4 Marathon 2011

The Athlone 3/4 marathon race took place on Sunday 2nd October 2011 at 11:00. The start and finish were at the Glasson Hotel and Golf Club, just outside Athlone town, in Co. Westmeath Ireland.
The race is run on rural roads – on a tough challenging course – which is great prepation for the Dublin City Marathon 2011 happening in four weeks from the race date.
Despite the rather gloomy autumnal weather we managed to capture a large set of pictures. If you are interested in the full resolution of any photograph(s) here, with no watermark or polaroid effect, I can email it to you FREE OF CHARGE. Email address is petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com.
